Fresh season vitamin packed, absolutely delicious Macadamia Nuts fresh from the farm in northern New South Wales.

250gm Dry Roasted Australian Macadamia Nuts.

Macadamia Nut Toffee

In a saucepan place 2 cups of sugar, 2 tbspns butter, 2 tbspns milk and 2 tbspns vinegar.

Stir until the mixture boils and then allow to boil without stirring until a small portion dropped in cold water turns crisp (about 15 mins).  Pour nuts in a greased tray.  Cool.

Macadamia Butter

Blend 250gm Macadamia Nuts with Macadamia Oil until a smooth spreadable consistency is reached.
