A deep rich plum flavour, softer than Davidsons Plum but just as full of antioxidants. 

Spice it up with cloves, apples and berries for a crumble dessert.  Perfect for baking jam drop biscuits.

    The Illawarra plum jam is great with peanut butter on crispbread.
