Wow!
I am thrilled to finally have some Lemon Myrtle Oil. I first saw it used on Masterchef years ago, but not being resident in Aus, was unable to find it. Now i use it regularly in cooking and love it!

Lemon Myrtle fudge was a hit
We were looking for an authentic, Australian flavour and used your Lemon Myrtle essential oil in our fudge. We sold out of that flavour at our first market. Everyone who tried it bought it - looks like it will be part of our standard range now! The Riddell Fudge Factory

Lemon Myrtle
Lovely product with so many applications. I use it in a Lemon Myrtle Mousse Tart as a dessert in my Restaurant. Remember it is strong in flavour so add a little bit at a time.

Macadamias in Lemon Myrtle Chocolate
I have finally been able to make this sublime chocolate treat that is uniquely Australian and combines two of the most amazingly, delicious bush foods; macadamias and lemon myrtle. The oil flavours and smooths the texture of the chocolate. Milk chocolate is recommended rather than dark chocolate which can overpower mild macadamias nuts. Am going to make it RAW next time.

very good.
I used the oil to flavor my own extra virgin olive oil and I am very happy with the result.
