Native Raspberry

native atherton raspberryRubus probus, commonly known as Atherton raspberry or wild raspberry, is a scrambling rampant dense prickly native shrub producing bright red berries, slightly larger in size and milder in taste than the more commonly known raspberries.

You can eat them fresh (raw) or use them in cakes, jams, jellies, syrups and sauces.
