Native Raspberry (Rubus probus) found in the upland rainforests in far North Queensland. Not as sweet as European raspberries in fact these little red clouds taste more like white mulberry.
Freeze drying this extremely high water content fruit means they are virtually weightless and fragile but the process allows them to be easily transported and enjoyed throughout the year.
