Our blend of Bush Tomato Seasoning is perfect for pizzas, pasta, salsa, sauces, seafood, vegetables and casseroles.

It can be used in many dishes where a dash of spicy tomato is required.

It has the right amount of bush tomato to balance the bitterness of bush tomato.

Bush Tomato (Kutjera) a favourite with Australian Aboriginal people for thousands of years. 

Ingredients; Australian tomato, Sea salt, bush tomato, aniseed myrtle, mountain pepper, paprika and garlic

    I used 20g in my batch of tomato relish and it was amazing! Slight kick to the flavour but made such a difference to the flavour. Richer and smoother.
