Wattle seed extract
I have used this extract many times and I find it superior to other extracts that I have tried.

Wattle seed extract
Probably not what you think it should be used for, but I use it in my beer making process. It adds a great flavour to the beer. I have tried another brand but its not as good as yours. Cheers.

This is going to become a pantry staple! This is my first time using the extract and it is just like using ground wattleseed.

Wattleseed extract
Way too alcoholic flavour. Over powers the wattleseed flavour. Unuseable. Taste Australia response: Maybe you used too much? Approximate usage rate is from 2-3%, depending on the flavour of other ingredients and whether the Wattleseed flavour is enhancing or competing with these other tastes.
